Chef George Bishouty will teach us how to make a delicious meal of poached salmon, asparagus & cauliflower and chocolate cake on zoom.


This presentation is in French and George is happy to clarify anything in English if needed.


An ingredient list will be sent in advance if you would like to cook in your kitchen 'alongside' George. You can also sip on a glass of wine and take notes for your future gourmet meal. 


We are experimenting with Zoom cooking classes and hope you will enjoy learning new cooking techniques in French while in the kitchen!


Who is the teacher?

New AFB member George Bishouty!  

George Bishouty is a Culinary Institute of America graduate with experience ranging from executive sous chef at various hotel locations throughout the USA, pastry chef for Cafe in the Square in Snyder, and instructor of special classes for Tops international, His experience also includes work as a Pastry Chef at La Fromagerie in Red Bank, NJ.
