·Only Alliance Française members may check out items

· To check out one or more items from the Alliance Française de Buffalo library collection, you need to contact Patricia panoramabf@msn.com or 716 895-0415, and set up a day and time for a meeting

· Pick up and Return Place, Canisius College, Old Main Building, 4th floor Room 417

· Return Times, Monday 9:00-9:30PM, Tuesday 5:30-6:30PM or 8:30-9:00PM

·In order to insure availability to the broadest membership, loan durations must be limited:
      - DVDs/VHS: one week, no renewals.
      - Books: three weeks, no renewals.

·Items out on loan remain the responsibility of the user until they are returned to the library and checked in.

·All items on loan shall be returned by their due date.

·A $0.25 fine will be collected for each day past the due date.

·All items on loan shall be returned on expiration of the Alliance Française membership (August 31).

. It is expected that borrowed items will be treated with care and returned in good shape.
