The Alliance Française de Buffalo trip to Toronto on Saturday May 15, 2010 includes French theater, attending "Fragments of unnecessary lies", a play by Michel Tremblay, strolling in Toronto, and dining at the French restaurant, "Le Bistro".

Reservations are needed by March 15 to ensure that we get the best seats at a discounted rate.

The prices, including travel by chartered motor coach, are: $53 for students and “âge d’or,”(60 and over), $58 for others (payment received by March 15).

Make your check to the order of Alliance Française de Buffalo, and send to Patricia Schiavone, 103 Eastland Parkway, Cheektowaga, NY 14225. For further information call (716) 895-0415. This price does not include the dinner.

We will leave from Koessler Center parking lot at Canisius College at 10 a.m., stroll on Bloor Street, go the performance at 3:00 p.m., enjoy a French dinner at the restaurant "Le Bistro" (not included in the price), then return to Buffalo by about 10 p.m.

You must have a passport or enhanced driver's licence to go across the border.

Those who have participated in prior years know what a lively performance this fine theater company presents.

The trip is sponsored as a service to Alliance members and is intended neither to be subsidized nor a fund-raiser. Full refunds will be made if the trip is cancelled. Otherwise, refunds will be made only for serious reasons and at the discretion of the Alliance.

Le Théâtre français de Toronto offers many plays in French throughout the year. We usually organize one trip every year, for the members. Please contact Paul Carroll for more information.
